What could taste better on your pancakes than maple syrup you and your family produced from your own property? Now you can make wood-fired maple syrup from the comfort of your own backyard! It's a rewarding hobby that the whole family will enjoy.
Stop making maple syrup on your turkey fryer, where it costs you $60-$80 in propane to make one gallon of finished syrup. Wood fired evaporators is a low cost natural alternative to burning propane or using electricity to boil sap. Our wood fired evaporator will last for many years and reliably produce maple syrup at a very efficient rate due to the amount of surface area contact on pans. Depending on condition and style of use, the flat pan evaporator can evaporate anywhere from 5 to 6 gallons of sap per hour. The evaporator is designed for the backyard sugaring enthusiast and homesteaders with 5 to 50+ taps.
We produce these evaporators with a high attention to detail, ensuring they are perfectly square and level. We are careful and meticulous throughout the entire build process so we are assured that you will be satisfied with your investment. We only make/sell products that we would be happy to buy ourselves. We have refined our evaporator design over three maple seasons. We spent months designing the most efficient evaporator with the fastest boil rates possible and have landed on this finalized design.
Our flat pan evaporators include everything you need to make maple syrup from the sap you collect from your own trees. Including a new design custom-made 24"x18"x6" stainless steel flat pan and 8"x18"x6" pre-warmer pan with handles and spigots. In addition to the new 1/4" thermometer port. All tig welds are lead-free and watertight. They also come with a 4 foot chimney stack with damper, and cast iron door and legs. Everything is assembled and ready to use. All you will need is Fire Bricks. Our evaporators are made out of new unlined 55 gallon barrels. After your first season of use, we recommend painting the barrel with High Temperature Paint.

I got my evaporater for Christmas from my wife. What a treat, after using SS pans on my woodstoves then a copper kettle over an open hearth boiling was the easiest this year. Around 100 gal of sap and 2,5 gallons of syrup
SWEET. Cleaned out the stove, now to find a cover till next year. Thank You
Cheers!
We purchased the 2024 barrel evaporator model and although we have only used it one weekend, we are confident that this was a great purchase and incredible value. Delivery was well organized, and Charlie provided good instructions on using this. Yesterday, we cooked down a week's worth of sap (around 25 gallons). The evaporator worked perfectly and used less wood than we were anticipating. In the past it took two days to cook down what this did in 9 hours.
Charlie B. delivered my new maple syrup evaporator to my home on time, just 2 weeks after I ordered it. The stove's design and construction exceeded my expectations. I am a novice at maple syrup production, and Charlie took a few minutes to give me some helpful advice. I am very impressed with this enterprising young entrepreneur.
Sap cooker is just perfect, good quality, fast delivery. Folks this is the one you're looking for.
Had a great time working with Charlie on the purchase of the maple syrup evaporator pan. He had to do customized shipping as I was out of traditional range. Trucking company contacted me to schedule time of delivery and everything went according to plan. Unit was secured quite well on a pallet and appeared no issues encountered in shipping. Looking forward to assembling and making syrup next spring!
