Starting October 15, 2025, all items ship in 1-2 business days.

📦 Free Shipping (UPS & USPS)

We offer free shipping on all accessories and small items via UPS or USPS.

Applies to pans, filters, thermometers, paint, blowers, and most accessories.
Yes — our 24″ × 18″ Evaporator ships for free!
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days in the continental U.S.

🚚 Freight Items

Our larger products — 2×3′ and 2×4′ evaporators, and firebrick kits — ship via palletized freight.

Freight Cost

Calculated at checkout (based on delivery location, address type, and if liftgate service is needed).
Firebrick Kits and any other accessories ordered with an evaporator ship free on the same pallet.

Delivery Options

Residential with Liftgate Service – Driver lowers pallet to ground.
Residential, Customer Unload – Lower cost if you can unload by hand or equipment.
Commercial Address – Lowest freight cost if dock or forklift is available.
Pickup in Grand Haven, MI – Save on freight and pick up directly from our shop.

Freight Delivery Tips

Enter a commercial address that has regular semi truck traffic at checkout for the lowest possible rate. This can be a local hardware store or your work address.
Always inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
Note any visible damage on the bill of lading.
If you discover damage after delivery, contact us immediately at (231) 375-7197 with photos.
